Chris has been working in market research since 1985, and worked at Taylor Nelson, IntelliQuest, Millward Brown and Harris Interactive prior to joining Kudos Research in 2006. Chris has a proven track record in the organisation and management of UK and global customer satisfaction, market-sizing, reputation and branding/advertising studies. Chris is a perfectionist, very creative and detail oriented. He has a BA (Hons) Degree in Advertising and Design, Middlesex University, a Fellow of the Market Research Society, is Vice Chairman of the Interviewer Quality Control Scheme, and ESOMAR member, and member of both BIG (Business Intelligence Group) and AQR.
Efisio is our Deputy MD. He has worked in market research since 1986 and joined Kudos in 1997. Efisio works in partnership with our clients to ensure we recommend and provide the most appropriate methodology and the necessary insight to make each project run as effectively as possible. Efisio oversees all aspects of data collection, including sample and questionnaire design; complex quota and project management; coding and reporting. He has broad experience in managing large-scale ongoing and annual B2B tracking studies; monthly customer satisfaction projects; national and international projects; depth and ad hoc studies.
Ann-Marie’s joined the market research industry in 1991 and joined Kudos in 1997; she provides advice on questionnaire structure and wording to facilitate smooth-running of fieldwork and striving for the highest-possible quality of fieldwork and of data. Her team ensures that the finalised questionnaire is thoroughly checked and data collected is validated in line with IQCS, MRQSA and ISO20252 standards. Starting her market research career as a Research Executive and Project manager, Ann-Marie then migrated to telephone operations. Ann-Marie heads the quality assurance department, ensuring industry standards are maintained across company operations.
Heidi has been working in market research since 2002. Previously with TNS, Heidi joined Kudos Research in 2007. Her role at Kudos is to manage the fieldwork process and to provide support for the Supervisory and Interviewing teams. Heidi and her team ensure that the ‘front line’ data-collection work we conduct reflects and supports our client research needs. She has a great deal of experience managing large global studies in both consumer and business research. Heidi is reassuringly in control, has a ‘can do’ attitude, thinks on her feet, and is pro-active at finding solutions to fieldwork challenges.
Dave has been working in the field of data processing for around 20 years and is an expert at scripting in several MR scripting languages and data platforms and has extensive knowledge in dealing with all types of quantitative survey from small ad-hoc surveys through to large multi-market, multi-lingual trackers. Dave joined Kudos Research in October 2006 and heads up Kudos’s team of Data Processing professionals. He is responsible for all aspects of survey data management, the scheduling of scripting and programming tasks and for the timely and error free delivery of data and tabulations to your desired format.
Jeff joined Kudos in 2004 as Data Analyst, he has worked extensively in DP and is an expert in large scale / multi-lingual CATI and Online mixed-mode studies. Jeff is particularly strong in problem solving and offers creative solutions for some of the most difficult and complex projects. He always goes the extra mile to meet and exceed client's expectations. Building on his technical know-how and in depth DP knowledge he is now overseeing the company’s technical and data service development and is the administrator of the company's Data Collection system.
Eric is our dedicated Sample and Panel Manager. He has been working in the market research industry since 1996. Eric has a wide range of experience in sourcing sample for our projects. He has built panels and sourced sample for RONIN Corporation and Kantar before joining Kudos in 2007. Eric heads a team of experienced desk researchers who are expert at sourcing sample for niche business audiences, such as media, policy makers and influencers providing bespoke sample for the target audience in a particular country. Eric also works with a roster of selected international database providers.
Buddhika has strong analytic skills with great attention to details. After graduated with a degree in Statistics he joined Kudos in 2007 and has become an integral part of the Data Processing Department.
Buddhika is an expert in scripting and tabulation using both Quantum and Merlin and plays a key role in analysing data and reporting to client.
He can effectively manage large scale, multi-lingual CATI and Online studies and has wealth of experiences in developing sample database for tracker studies on behalf of client.
Dan is our Client Services Executive. He started his market research career as an interviewer in the early 90’s with TNS, and made the move to Kudos in 2007 – initially as a Supervisor and then in Project Management. Dan has a wealth of research knowledge and experience across a wide range of sectors and audiences, which he utilises in his day to day job assisting with new project enquiries. Dan is dynamic, charismatic and enjoys a collaborative relationship - both with existing clients and potential partners.
Adam is the Telephone Unit Manager at Kudos Research in Berlin. He joined Kudos in 2019 and is working alongside the Deputy MD and his team of Project Managers and Supervisors. Adam’s role is to ensure that research in Berlin is carried out to the highest level of quality, whilst meeting deadlines and staying within budget. His desire is to see Kudos Berlin grow and further its reputation as a leading market research agency specialising in quantitative and qualitative work within the healthcare and life science industries.
Michael has worked for Kudos Research since 2011. Michael is an expert qual researcher with a broad range of experience – specialising in very high level respondents including politicians, captains of industry, specialists, doctors, patients, journalists and Key Opinion Leaders globally. He is highly articulate - enlivening discussion and bringing out the subtlety and nuances of participant feedback throughout his skilful moderation. Michael’s previous experience includes working as a researcher and then editor for a global legal directory, and an international law firm as a senior global communications manager, conducting targeted competitive intelligence research to deliver communications objectives. Michael has a Ph.D. in philosophy and also speaks fluent German.
