How does Innovata work?
We will create an interactive Web 'portal', tailored perfectly to the needs of you and your Workgroup.
Next we will find the ideal membership, using a variety of online and offline recruitment methods or using your database of contacts. Selected participants may be involved in the final stages of the site design.
At launch we will negotiate a 'social contract' between you and your Workgroup, so each party understands what's expected of them, and is clear about the purpose and extent of the project.
Your Workgroup will be launched with online events and activities specifically designed to facilitate bonding between members and a sense of collective purpose. It will also be our job to manage 'community feeling' on an ongoing basis.
Following launch we will manage all conversations with your Workgroup. These are highly-structured. Although the number of interactions can vary considerably, a typical schedule might include the following: -
Weekly basis - 1-3 Bulletin Board Discussions or Polls involving all members
Fortnightly/monthly - 1-3 Live Online Focus Groups/discussions of Positive Feedback Loops involving 3-4 members
Once every 3 months - An online survey that compares the ideas of your workgroup against a wider representative sample.
